How To Stop Auto Start Programs In Windows 10

You can modify the startup apps in Windows 10 by following the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start menu, select Task Manager.
   
2. Choose Startup tab.
   
3. Click the app yous don't desire to see on startup, and so click Disable.

sorry i should be more clear nearly it,

i open excel, word and browser, then shutdown windows while they nevertheless open.

after starting up and log in to windows. excel, word and browser that i open before shutdown come back. and they are non in startup

You accept arrangement file corruption, restore PC back to earlier engagement earlier this happened

Command panel>system>organisation protection>organization restore

Equally for the other afterward you fix the OS, Go to explorer options and in View tab, uncheck the box next to Restore previous windows folders at log on

This is a new feature in version 1709 that was added due to popular request. Simply shutdown the program(south) before shutting downwards Windows, and then when restarting, the programs (that are not entries in the organization startup folder) will not automatically reopen upon device startup.
